Ken Sander's Rare Books will host the first official signing of RIGOR VITAE: LIFE UNYIELDING on March 17th, 2006, Beginning at 7pm. There will also be an exhibition of my paintings and prints in the bookstore gallery. This event will be part of the Salt Lake Gallery Stroll for the month of March. Article posted: Dec. 18, 2005The Wildling Art Museum in Los Olivos, California will host an advance signing for RIGOR VITAE: LIFE UNYIELDING on February 12, 2006, Charles Darwin's 197th birthday. This event will be in conjunction with my one-man show, which will hang in the museum from January 15 through April 2. Eagle Mountain Publishing has generously agreed to fly a limited number of advance copies to the Wildling Museum especially for the signing. The museum is at 2329 Jonata Street, Los Olivos, which is near Santa Barbara.

The process of printing and binding the books will begin on January 21st, and will be finished by the 25th. At that time they will be boxed up, loaded into a container, and shipped by boat from Singapore to the U.S. From Los Angeles, they will be trucked inland to the publisher, and will be available around the end of February. I hate to see the books being shipped so far, but I would hate even more not to have them published. C'est la Guerre.
